Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to make adjustments to ensure you are in love with your hair.

Product Return Policy:
We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, even if the product has been gently used. Please bring the product back with its original packaging and proof of purchase. Products must be in a condition reflecting minimal use.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

Late Policy:
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time, which could result in a shorter service. The full service fee will still apply.
