  • Monday-Thursday 9-7, Friday 9-5 , Saturday 9-3

  • We will happily accept walk-ins if there is an available stylist, however, we do strongly suggest booking your appointment in advance.

  • Please let us know by contacting us within 7 days of your services. We are happy to make any adjustments to make sure you are in love with your hair.

  • At The Standard, we want you to love every product you purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, even if the product has been gently used. Please bring the product back with its original packaging and proof of purchase. We do ask that products be in a condition that reflects minimal use.

  •  In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25% of all scheduled service(s). We understand that accidents happen and emergencies occur and they will be taken into consideration. Thank you for understanding! In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Please note that multiple no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

  • At The Standard, we understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting the time of both our clients and our team. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time, which could result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Please note that the full service fee will still apply.
